How do I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in Saudi riyals when the parcel arrives. No card or online payment is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery in 1–3 days to Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, 2–5 days to other regions of Saudi Arabia. The courier calls or messages before arriving so you can agree a convenient time.

Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names, pictures or store branding on the outside.

Yes. Any address in Saudi Arabia that the courier can reach is fine. Add a landmark to help the driver find you.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
