When you check out, add your National Address short code if you have one, plus the district and a clear landmark such as a nearby mosque, supermarket or petrol station. Riyadh street numbering can be confusing, and a good landmark is the single most helpful thing you can give the driver.

Orders in Riyadh usually arrive in 1–3 days. The courier phones or sends a WhatsApp message before setting off, so keep your phone close on the expected day. If the time is not convenient, simply agree another slot with the driver. Around Ramadan, Eid and the National Day holiday, deliveries can run a little later than usual.

If you work long hours, many customers choose an office address in Olaya or the King Abdullah Financial District, or ask a trusted family member to receive the parcel. Because the box is plain and unbranded, nobody handling it can tell what is inside.

We accept Cash on Delivery only. Have the exact amount in Saudi riyals ready if possible, because drivers do not always carry change. You pay only when the parcel is in your hands, so there is no risk of paying for something that never arrives. Delivery is free on all orders.
